Goal The Goal of this organization will be for the members to strive to conduct themselves with Christlike behavior, concern for others and devotion to our Creator.
Objective The purpose of this organization is to offer greater opportunity for parents and/or legal guardians to assist in supporting school activities while helping to develop a greater sense of community involvement.
Membership Parents and/or legal guardians of children attending St. Patrick School shall be eligible for membership. Graduation or withdrawal from the school shall terminate membership.
Dues Annual membership dues are $5.00 per family. The year shall begin with the month of August and end with the month of July.
Officers The officers of the organization shall be President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, and Treasurer.
Officers will be elected to a one-year term at a regularly scheduled meeting of the organization in April. Nominations for office require a written authorization for inclusion of his/her name on the ballot. A list of nominees shall be presented to the officers by April 1.
